Brandon was fantastic! I had some people at my home and they noticed water on the floor in my furnace room. I didn't think too much of it and thought, "I will get a HVAC person out here whenever". The following day, it was eating at me about the water and I called Icare Heating & Air and within an hour and half, Brandon was at my house, pulling things apart, finding and fixing the problem. I had him check my outside unit while he was here also, and it was discovered there was a major part not working correctly. Brandon replaced that part and even installed a new thermostat I had purchased and got it all set up for me. He answered all the questions I had. Explained things to me in detail and even showed me what he was talking about.

I had heard from my son that Brandon at ICare Heating and Air was highly recommended, as well as from opinions of other's reviews. My experience with Brandon was that he was simply fabulous. He came out shortly after I called, and quickly pursued diagnosing our HVAC system with enthusiasm as though it was his own. He was honest, straightforward, and didn’t try to sell us a bill of goods which other repairman try to do. Brandon was very knowledgeable, and knew precisely what he was doing. I was so grateful that he found the problem, which turned out to be not in the HVAC system at all. His fee was very reasonable. I was so impressed that I asked him to replace our aging AC unit which was rusty and 26 years old, even though it was working properly. His bid for replacement of the AC unit was also very reasonable as compared to others. He came out in a couple of days and completed the task in short order. I can’t say enough ‘good’ about Brandon. This guy truly ‘cares’ as advertised.

Brandon was an expert. He knew what the issue was right away and fixed it. He came after hours so that was awesome. Thanks Brandon My the way the name of his company is true: I care
