"I seriously can't say enough about Brandon and ICARE. We've had issues with our HVAC system since we moved into our house, and every year we've had to call someone to service it. A week ago, the furnace wouldn't turn on - and I was home alone with my littles. The company I had used previously wanted to charge $300 just to show up - the next day 🥴 I found a recommendation for ICARE on my community page and called, and Brandon came out in less than 20 minutes, and ended up waiving the after hours fee 🙏🏼 That first night he troubleshooted my 20 year old system. We ended up replacing our entire HVAC system. I price checked with 3 companies, and used ICARE. He upgraded multiple pieces of the system and was very clear with the prices of the upgrades. Our final cost was better than the other bids WITHOUT the upgrades. He did the whole thing in a day and a half, and fixed MULTIPLE other things that popped up during the install, bringing our old home up to code (at least for our HVAC system...) Brandon was GREAT, didn't mind my two-year-old that INSISTED he needed to help, and was so great to work with. I would give him more stars if I could. Best experience, hands down."
