Brandon is honest, fair, reliable, and takes great care of our family. I woke up to a cold house this Saturday morning . I text Brandon at 6:30 AM. . He text me back a few minutes later saying he will be here between 9-11:00 AM. He diagnosed my furnace issue, went and got the needed parts and had us up and running by 11:45 AM and all for a very fair price! Brandon was awesome. The house was vacant all day and when we got back we found the house to be 50° and dropping. The heater went out. Brandon was at our house fixing the issue within half an hour. He was thorough, had helpful tips, educated me with my systems current health and life expectancy, and provided confidence in his work and our home staying warm. I’ll be using him again.
Cannot recommend Brandon with ICare enough! My AC went out last night and Brandon came first thing in the morning to check it out. He figured out the issue immediately and had everything replaced and good to go within 20 minutes or so! I’m so thankful for his willingness to help me out, as I currently have three young kids, one being a two month baby, and my husband deployed overseas. ICare will always have my business from here on out!

Our AC went out last night. We were on the schedule for another company but they called in the middle of the appointment window to say they couldn’t make it here until after the weekend. I called/texted a few companies and Brandon responded within minutes and told me he could make it out today. He was able to diagnose and fix the AC within about 20 minutes. Such a blessing to not have to wait all weekend with temps around 100.
Brandon was quick to respond and the only one to respond to save the day on a Sunday! He also saved me some cash on an unnecessary visit by helping me solve the problem quickly and cheaply on my own. And for a guy who basically only knows how to turn the furnace on and off, that means a lot. Highly recommend! We’ll be texting Brandon with icare the next time we need help with HVAC. 👍👍
Brandon Wheeldon with ICARE was amazing! I needed someone to come out that day and he made time for me to come fix our gas fireplace. Turned out nothing was wrong with it, it just needed to be turned on. He didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing how to simply turn on the gas and light a pilot light, instead he took time to show me how to do it in the future and cleaned up the fireplace because it hadn’t been used in years. He made it look brand new! I will definitely be calling him again!

ICARE recently replaced the blower motor in my HVAC system. I called for a quote/availability and he came right over between appointments. He quickly diagnosed the issue, called around for the part, and came back later that afternoon to do the install. The whole process took less than 8 hours and the communication throughout was great and the pricing seemed reasonable.
Brandon is super nice, knowledgeable and honest. We have had him come out to our home twice. Anytime we need an HVAC guy he is the only one we will call. We recommend him to anyone that wants a good job done by an honest company. He wont screw you over and he is up front and honest with you. I feel like other companies con you into repairs that arent needed, he does not do that and thats just one reason why we love this company! Hands down the best!

I seriously can't say enough about Brandon and ICARE. We've had issues with our HVAC system since we moved into our house, and every year we've had to call someone to service it. A week ago, the furnace wouldn't turn on - and I was home alone with my littles. The company I had used previously wanted to charge $300 just to show up - the next day 🥴 I found a recommendation for ICARE on my community page and called, and Brandon came out in less than 20 minutes, and ended up waiving the after hours fee 🙏🏼 That first night he troubleshooted my 20 year old system. We ended up replacing our entire HVAC system. I price checked with 3 companies, and used ICARE. He upgraded multiple pieces of the system and was very clear with the prices of the upgrades. Our final cost was better than the other bids WITHOUT the upgrades. He did the whole thing in a day and a half, and fixed MULTIPLE other things that popped up during the install, bringing our old home up to code (at least for our HVAC system...) Brandon was GREAT, didn't mind my two-year-old that INSISTED he needed to help, and was so great to work with. I would give him more stars if I could. Best experience, hands down.

The only call you need to make for your HVAC service. The best service guy in the biz! The 1st time I called I was told I needed a new system by multiple companies. He came over and had my air working in a matter of minutes.and for a $150 instead of thousands. He’s been my guy ever since! Always honest affordable and just a great guy.
Brandon is awesome to work with. He was able to come in quickly and get our furnace and A/C taken care of in a timely, professional manner. Beyond that, he was super friendly and is a genuinely good person. I know who I'm contacting next time we need something, and actually have plans to work with ICare again before too long on another project

10/10- I found Brandon on Facebook and he was nothing short of phenomenal. Our AC wasn’t cooling the house very good. One hour later he had everything fixed. He cleaned my system very throughly. It works amazing now. Best of all, his pricing was fair. I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off like many of the big box retailers would have done. Highly recommend!

The AC went out at my restaurant, Wing Nutz in Taylorsville and Brandon was there within hours. Got us back up and running in no time at all. Our regular person couldn't get to us until Wednesday, will definitely use him again in the future!
Brandon saved me! My heater went out right before Christmas. Another popular company came and charged me $600 to install a thermostat that didn't work, and lmk that I needed a new system. An uninvited sales guy showed up with the hard sell, and I was irked. My old heater was in a very cold, creepy crawl space. Brandon installed a new heater the next day. That is after taking a 1970's beast of a heater out of the crawl space. Wow! The sweet air conditioner was installed the next day. Very fair price. Better than the hard sell by far! Top notch. Very trustworthy. I left him alone in my home. I usually don't. Also, don't confuse Icare with We care!
icare was able to offer us such a great deal on our ac we were able to upgrade our heating system as well. Brandon was great, very fast, and efficient, one thing I remember in particular was him purchasing an expensive bit to drill through our masonry so it did not spall and look unsightly.
I called Brandon on behalf of my sister her furnace was giving her issues and Brandon got things taken care of within minutes not only that he was pretty quick in getting out to help her... she is elderly and lives alone and was so grateful. Thank you Brandon! I highly recommend him! 5 stars all the way
Thanks for breakfast, will use y’all from now on for all my maintenance for my heating and air! Update: he just came and fixed my furnace. Seriously professional, nice, fair, and smart. He was able to find the root of the problem in minutes. Had other hvac quote me crazy amounts to replace things that weren’t even broken. Brandon in 10 minutes found the real problem and had me fixed in less than an hour and for way cheaper than what the other companies wanted to do. I seriously can’t recommend Brandon enough.

Our old unit was 26 years old and we wanted a high efficiency furnace that would fulfill our needs for many years to come. There is always some reluctance anytime the need arises for HVAC help in wondering if I can find someone who is reliable, competent, quick/responsive and who does not overcharge for equipment/labor, nor tries to push a sell for items/equipment not needed, who is completely honest and upfront with what is needed and what options are available.... Fortunately we get all of this from Brandon at Icare Heating and Air, really nice to finally find someone I can count on for any HVAC needs. highly recommended!!

I have used iCare Heating and Air multiple times, and will not use anyone else now. Brandon was able to move my AC unit to the side of my house and was very easy to work with scheduling-wise. He completed the job quickly and told me things to keep an eye out for and general advice on maintenance. Brandon was very knowledgeable and I have recommended his services to multiple people. On a separate occasion Brandon was able to help me diagnose some issues I was having with my HVAC system and thermostat. He did so very quickly and was able to get my heater running again. Brandon stands by his work and was very professional in letting me know to reach out with any issues.
