Brandon was awesome. The house was vacant all day and when we got back we found the house to be 50° and dropping. The heater went out. Brandon was at our house fixing the issue within half an hour. He was thorough, had helpful tips, educated me with my systems current health and life expectancy, and provided confidence in his work and our home staying warm. I’ll be using him again.

Cannot recommend Brandon with ICare enough! My AC went out last night and Brandon came first thing in the morning to check it out. He figured out the issue immediately and had everything replaced and good to go within 20 minutes or so! I’m so thankful for his willingness to help me out, as I currently have three young kids, one being a two month baby, and my husband deployed overseas. ICare will always have my business from here on out!

Brandon was super fast, very friendly, and thorough. He got our AC working and then thoroughly checked all the things to make sure we wouldn’t be surprised with another problem after he left. I would 100% recommend to everyone!
