Furnace Upgrade and AC Installation in Rosepark

At Icare Heating & Air, we've always been committed to ensuring that homes are comfortable and efficient, no matter the season. In one of our projects in Rosepark, we upgraded an existing Goodman furnace and laid the groundwork for a complete HVAC solution.

Initially, we focused on enhancing the Goodman furnace. This involved upgrading various components to boost its efficiency and ensure reliability. Our team meticulously reviewed the system, performed necessary updates, and ensured everything was set up to work seamlessly with future additions. This approach not only improved the heating efficiency but also prepared the system for a smooth integration with an air conditioning unit when the time came.

Fast forward a bit, and the customer decided to add an air conditioning unit to their system, opting for a high-performing Comfort-Aire AC unit. We integrated this unit with the previously upgraded furnace, creating a cohesive system that now provides optimal climate control, heating during the cold months and cooling during the hot summers. The integration posed some technical challenges, such as ensuring the ductwork was optimized for both heating and cooling, but our experienced team handled these with precision and care. This project is a testament to our expertise in both heating and cooling solutions, reflecting our dedication to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
